Our mission
WellSpring's mission is to help adults improve their health at every stage of adulthood. Our personalized, evidence-based care brings hormonal health, metabolic wellness, nutrition, fitness, prevention, and healthy aging into one plan.
We serve adults 35 to 60 and up who notice changes in how their body responds. Our care focuses on women's health, and we welcome men too.

Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Randy Beckham has spent more than 25 years as a C-level executive and venture builder in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, sports performance, and medical devices, taking multiple startups from launch to more than $100 million in annual revenue.
He founded WellSpring to close the midlife health gap with care that protects healthspan before symptoms appear. WellSpring is a family-focused company rooted in Alabama and Florida.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Reiff is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He oversees urgent care at UAB in Birmingham and serves as medical director for an Alabama sheriff's department. He has also held several military clinical roles.
Director of Clinical Operations
Layla Amiri Beverly is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 24 years in nursing, nearly 20 in advanced practice. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2001 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2007, both from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
Her clinical work spans medical wellness, weight management, hormone optimization, IV therapy, aesthetics, oncology, sleep medicine, and pain management.
