When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and the location you choose. The form does not ask for health information. Please don't include any.

We use your information to email you about WellSpring's opening and services. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or writing to the address below.
Who sees it
A third-party form service receives waitlist submissions on our behalf. We don't sell your information.
